Description

At the IDG Summit 2023 in Stockholm, we were excited to be invited to host the IDG “RELATING” SPACE. In a nature inspired setting, we prepared cozy sitting and circle places and invited summit participants into compassion practices, dyadic meditation, council practice and to contribute to a colourful gratitude wall.

We also offered a variety of meditations in the “BEING” space.

Learnings

We enjoyed many, many joyful conversations and some tender tears falling, too, in the circle space for those who acknowledged never having been listened to so deeply in an unknown place like here. Many have returned for later sessions, as we covered explorations of the IDG skills “humility”, “appreciation”, “connectedness”, “courage”, “presence” and “self-awareness” through a self-compassionate inner voice. It was a transforming experience!
