In just 5 minutes a day, our SaaS startup ovao empowers companies to develop a regenerative work culture that not only promotes the well-being of employees and the company, but also the well-being of the planet – supported by the Inner Development Goals.

Our solution is based on three pillars:

1. Interactive micro-learning:
Daily, short exercise units based on the IDGs promote essential skills such as empathy, creativity and non-violent communication. These units are designed so that they can be completed in just 5 minutes a day, making them easy to integrate into everyday working life.

2. Participative tools:
These tools allow employees to actively participate in the process of shaping their work environment. They can contribute ideas, give feedback and participate in decisions, which increases identification with the company and strengthens innovation.

3. Gamification elements:
Regular use of the app is encouraged through playful incentives. Employees can earn socio-ecological benefits, which increases motivation to use the app and strengthens sustainability awareness.

Learnings
