Nourishing an Inspired Leader – IDG Immersion Retreat
The Grounds
Built by changemakers to changemakers, our program starts from practice and from confirmed results. It embraces the wisdom of Tibetan mindfulness, the belief in regeneration and sustainability as a way of living and doing business, and the understanding that we are one with nature.
This retreat is built based on the IDG’s tool kit and the facilitators’ experience with mindfulness and meditation teaching, business change management, and different communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution techniques.
It focuses on implementing transformational processes in organizations that start from within, training leaders to be influential from an empathetic, aware and resilient approach.

What is in it
A program for leaders to experience, practice and grow the 23 skills of the Inner Development Goals individually and in a peers-group
A space within nature and with comfort to enable our peace of mind, introspection and resilience to stand as the actors of change for a better world

Method: integrating various approaches based on the Inner Development Goals (IDG) toolkit. It includes mindfulness practices, participatory leadership, transformative leadership research, empathy and vulnerability techniques, applications of Theory – U Methodology, deep listening skills, science-based nature connection tools, and non-violent communication methods.
A practice of mindful and meaningful tools for relating to others in alignment with inner values and vision, away from frustrations, stress and burnout
