Work done during 12 sessions within a Community of Practice of Conscious and Resilient Leadership where the group created a proposal for the Problem/ Case: Whether to Divest
from Fossil Fuels and How from the perspective of the Board of Directors of an Asset Management Company
• Dimensions applied: Being, Thinking and Collaborating
• Tool: The Strategic Choice Approach and many more were used in an integrated format at each step, including mindfulness, perspective skills, TRIAD, Polarity Lens, Empathetic Meditation, and Role Playing.
The group developed a full case study and proposal that is being presented at events with finance professionals in Zürich.
Learnings
People with no financial background can contribute greatly.
People feel extremely motivated, even when the data is massive and boring when the purpose is clear.
Role-playing is a great tool
Integrating several dimensions and tools within the practice was essential.
