During the fall of 2024 we in the hub started a co-creative Learning Lab for the participants in the existing hub that has been active now for 1.5 year. We meet 8 times from august to november. Four of those are in person and four is digital via Zoom. This is a two-way learning experience for everybody involved. The aim is to see “What is working” in a context to the take the dimensions outside the hub to people not (yet) involved in the IDGs. The topics is: Vertical Learning, psychological safeness, inclusive in the Nature, How will we live in the future, Regenerative Leadership, our values and how to live them. Practising Listening skills. We are 20 people who signed up for this oppurtunity.

Learnings

The group is more collaborative and open for new ideas. A tighter and more reflective climate is established for the future. We have to find out how to include the members in the hub that not participated in the Learning Lab experince and that is a challenge for next year. Also how will go about reaching new members and/or groups outside the hub.
