The #InnerDevelopmentKit is designed to help individuals and teams engage deeply with the Inner Development Goals (IDG) framework in a playful yet meaningful way. This toolkit supports reflection, dialogue, and a deeper understanding of the 23 essential IDG skills, fostering personal and collective growth.

The kit includes:

-DIALOGUE CARDS – To spark curiosity, conversation, and insights that go beyond surface level
-STRENGTH CARDS – To explore each IDG skill and its potential to drive change
-SELF-ASSESSMENT TOOL – To map current strengths and identify areas for growth

Each tool is easy to use, and the included HOW-TO-GUIDE provides facilitation tips for exercises that can be done one-on-one, with teams, or individually.

As a facilitator, coach, and leadership developer, I know that the “right” tools presented with the “right” intention can create profound impact within a group. This is the vision behind the Inner Development Kit. My hope is to support the IDG community by providing resources that maximize the value of this framework, helping create meaningful change across the private, public, NGO, and educational sectors.

Learnings

Since sharing my first video about my tools just before the Summit2024, I’ve received interest and acknowledgments from across the globe. During the four days at the Summit, engaging participants with the dialogue tools, it became clear that the kit meets a genuine need in the community.
