In Thailand, the Climate Action and Net Zero Hero are the priorities to develop Green and Well-Being Country. ESG are Well recognized from the leading corporate especially large conglomerates in Stock Exchange of Thailand.



We, IDG Asia Pacific Innovation Center hub @ University of Happiness, Kanchanaburi Thailand did architect and co-create design thinking of 9 IDGs Happiness Touch Points for using Happiness IDGs Touch points as a Inner ESG Leadership transformation both On-Line and On-Campus to help executives, talent leaders and young leadership entrepreneurs to transform knowing mindset into acting including develop their leadership team to act a leadership Role model in building Sustainable Green & Well-being organization culture.

In just two years, it has become Well-Known Crucible of leadership for Leading Corporations such as Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, Bureau Veritas, Syngenta, Ratch Group, Thai Smile Group, Thailand Productivity Institute, Thailand Management Association, Right Livelihood Foundation etc. in transforming knowing ESG & IDGs into Happiness Acting Experiences. It is a leadership Journey to build a truly sustainable inside-Out and Outside-in transformation.


Learnings

We do integrate East Meets West Holistic Learning Best Practices of 23 Inner Development Goals with Thailand Sufficiency Economy Philosophy to create University of Happiness – Academic Adventure leadership camp. By transforming knowing into Acting which is the key actions to align Head, Heart and Hand together.



Double reflections are the key learning in applying what the participants learning in both at the camp and also what they can apply back at home. Whole brain team learning reflection in Creative, Analytical, Organize and Personalize are the SMART learning Methodology in helping the learning to use all 4 quadrants of their Happiness brain hormones to come up with holistic unique innovation projects that leadership team can bring back to implement for their work and life transformation.
